What kind of substrates can TOFF® be applied to?
Wood,
Aluminum, Brick, Acrylic, Polyethylene, Urethane Foam, Polyester &
Fiberglass, Polyester Fabrics, Steel, Concrete, Enamel, ABS, Styrofoam,
PVC Foam and Geotextiles. Ideal for trailers, vans, boats, garbage
trucks, helicopters, buses, tractors, tanks, and other mobile units.
Is TOFF® environmentally friendly?
Yes. Since our products are 100% solids, there are zero VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compound).
What do I need to do before applying this chemical?
Depends
on the surface to be coated. Generally, you want a clean, dry surface
that is abraded for physical adhesion. If necessary, a bonding agent
can be used.
What type of equipment do I need to apply TOFF®?
Most plural component spray equipment such as Graco, Gama, Glascraft or Gusmer can be used to spray. If you do not have equipment to spray, you can purchase it from us. If you already have equipment, we can easily verify compatibility with our products.
Does the lining have to be black? Can I spray with colors?
We currently sell unpigmented products in 55-gallon drums. These can be
pigmented as desired or left unpigmented. Drum pigment colors are
virtually limitless.

Can I get a customized surface texture?
Various textures can be achieved through various applicator techniques.
Will the lining hold up in very rugged conditions and temperature extremes?
Yes. All products can be damaged, but it is built to temperatures from -40º F to 250ºF.
How thick can TOFF® be sprayed?
TOFF
can be sprayed at any thickness; it all depends on the type of
application and the most efficient use of the chemical.
